Rock-bottom’ is a myth. One might feel that there is no turning back from addiction and moving towards recovery until one hits the so-called rock-bottom (the worst that it can get). Truth is, it is never too soon to begin your path towards recovery. Without motivation to work for de-addiction, it can potentially always get worse. It is not necessary to wait for the worst to hit for taking professional help and getting treated for your addiction. Seek help at the earliest starting with help from a therapist for your son’s motivational enhancement.
