In general, about 10% of relatives of people with OCD have the disorder, and another 5-10% have mild “subclinical” OCD symptoms. But the risk of having a child with OCD varies, depending on whether someone has childhood- vs. adult-onset OCD (higher risk of genetic transmission with childhood-onset OCD, so more prevalence in their children). Also other factors play important role in the risk of developing OCD including developmental factors, environmental factors etc.
