Hi, congratulations on your progress and your will power after your rehab treatment. Sometimes you can’t avoid relapse as its part of the healing process and certain situations may push you towards relapse. However the key is that after you relapse to not dwell on it. You fall down, you get up and you keep walking. But, the best way to avoid it would be to avoid situations that might trigger you and that include people. Stay with like minded people and with friends you trust. Talk about the stress that’s causing the feelings / concerns of relapse to occur. Talk about productive or relaxing ways to mitigate the root cause: exercise, sing, dance, create something, and distract you, anything you find that helps you. You can join supportive groups also.
