As a mother, it is quite natural to worry about our kids. But when the worrisome thoughts get out of hand, that’s when the issue arises. Try to understand the content of the thoughts. What exactly are you worried about? Can you find any evidence to these thoughts of yours? Can you find any counter evidence to them? If you cannot find any evidence, then you will understand that your thoughts may not be rational. Once you get that, the intensity of the thoughts will get lesser, and you will learn to approach your thoughts more rationally.
